Hilary (Hil) Findley
CEO Hilary & Associates Project Management and Consulting, USA
Hilary Findley lives in Bali and has worked in 22 different countries on projects and advanced Project Management education for over 30 years. Additionally, he has visited 63 countries.
For the last sixteen years, he has been President of a consulting company, Hilary & Associates (H&A), which undertakes consulting and training across a board and well recognized group of customers. H&A specializes in project and program management, project education, and related disciplines (such as systems engineering). H&A has engaged almost exclusively with high-technology entities, where multi-functional teams were linked into complex and “fast time to market” matrixed organizations, with goals to successfully address very unique business objectives on a global basis. Much of his work involves long term engagements in the evolution of companies: from their initial project management efforts, into corporate program management disciplines, and then into coupling these disciplines with strategic execution.
His project experience reads like a Fortune 500 list, on the high end, and strongly reverberates with successful, tiny start-ups! Educational teaching in Programs/PM, with long term engagements, includes Stanford University, the Center of Systems Management, Cisco, and Space Systems/Loral among others.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Asep Bayu Dani Nandiyanto, S.T., M.Eng.
Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
Asep Bayu Dani Nandiyanto is an Associate
Professor in Departemen Kimia at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. He
received S.T. (2005) in the Departemen Teknik Kimia at Institut
Teknologi Bandung. He received M. Eng. (2008) and Dr. Eng. (2011) in the
Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hiroshima
University, Japan. After graduation, he was selected as a prestigious
JSPS (Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) postdoctoral fellow
(2011-2013). He was also a Visiting Professor in The Center of
Excellence in Nanotechnology (CENT) at King Fahd University of Petroleum
and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia (2011), an Assistant Professor in
Chemical Engineering at Hiroshima University in Japan (2013-2014), a
Visiting Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at Tokyo
Institute of Technology (2018) in Japan, and a Visiting Scholar in
Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University
in US (2018).
Nandiyanto's
research is in the area of particle technology, specifically the
production of fine particles, starting from gas, aqueous, organic, or
colloidal precursors via liquid-phase and gas-phase (aerosol) routes,
and their applications to the development functional materials (e.g.
optical, medical, catalyst, energy, and environmental technologies). He
has published 12 patents and copyright, 5 books, 2 book chapters, 3
review papers, 51 proceedings, and more than 69 peer-refereed papers,
many of which are in reputable journals with a great impact. Further, 3
papers have been highly cited (more than 200 times) and listed in the
TOP 10 most of downloaded paper. With his complex background of particle
technology, materials science, chemical engineering, he has accumulated
much experience in the process development for synthesis and
characterization of various kinds of particles. Further, since his
research has touched many aspects of particle science and technology and
applicable for industrial applications, he has received several awards
and honors, including the Outstanding Young Researcher Award 2013 from
the Society of Chemical Engineers Japan (SCEJ), George Klinzing Award
2014 from The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and
DIKTI-funded Fulbright Grants for Indonesian Lecturers as Visiting
Scholar 2018.

Dr. Edo S. Jaya is a clinical psychologist whose main research interest is on the etiology and mechanism of psychosis. He hopes to someday discover a strategy that can be applied to prevent psychosis. He has published several peer-reviewed articles on the topic of psychosis in the leading journals of the field such as Schizophrenia Bulletin, Schizophrenia Research, and Psychological Medicine. He is also a reviewer for journals that are focused on psychosis such as Schizophrenia Bulletin and Schizophrenia Research, but also on clinical psychology and psychiatry in general such as Cognitive Therapy and Research, European Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry, and Psychiatric Epidemiology, and Psychiatry Research.
